The 5th celebration was held  September 15, 2010.  At this celebration, we said Au Revoir to Mayor Davis Miller who decided not to run again for this position.

Councillor Suzan Hall was the emcee on all five occasions.  The celebrations were held in the Council Chambers.

Mayor David Miller, several Councillors, Consul Generals for the United States of America, Pakistan, India, Syria, Thailand and Indonesia, Chiefs and Deputy  Chiefs of several regional police services, representatives from various government offices, leaders of community organizations, and members of the Association have attended this event. A delicious dinner is enjoyed by all.

Cakes on all five occasions were provided by Dr. Panjwani.  The cake, a replica of City Hall in 2006, added a special touch to the celebration.  The cake in 2007 had the Association's logo, City Hall's Coat of Arms and Eid Mubarak on it and was very delicious.

Photographs for all three celebrations were also contributed by Dr. Panjwani.

Dilshaan Panjwani, who has been singing the National Anthem for most of the Association's functions since she was six years old, led the National Anthem at each event.

In 2008, Dilshaan Panjwani presented a scroll with the inscription of the 110th Resolution of the US Congress to representatives from the US Consulate The resolution was passed unanimously in October 2007 and recognized that the month of Ramadhan is the holiest month in the Islamic calendar.
