7TH ANNUAL EID-UL-ADHA - FEBRUARY 27, 2002 Hon. Paul Martin, M.P., P.C., Minister of Finance, was the Guest of Honour as well as the Award recipient. A dear friend of the Muslim Community who has attended all past events as the Chief Guest, he was honoured for his “Outstanding Services to Canada as our Finance Minister”. A plaque and a Sandulak polar bear sculpture (mother with cubs) were presented to him by the Association.
